• What does managed manufacturing mean in practice?

  Seizos owns the manufacturing program on your behalf. We define the specification with you, qualify and select the manufacturing partners, place and manage procurement, plan production, inspect quality, arrange packaging and consolidation, and deliver. You hold one relationship instead of many.

• How is Seizos different from a sourcing agent or marketplace?

  An agent introduces you to factories and a marketplace lists them. Seizos is accountable for the outcome — specification, cost, schedule, quality and delivery — across every partner in the program.

• Which product categories does Seizos manufacture?

  Three focused verticals: apparel, textiles and fashion (including labels, trims and accessories); packaging and printing; and consumer products including private label.

• Can Seizos manage multiple product categories in one program?

  Yes. Multi-category programs are the reason most clients come to us — garments with their trims and packaging, or products with their branding and retail packaging, planned and delivered together.

• How does the quote process work?

  Submit your requirement through Get a Quote. A program manager reviews specification, volumes and feasibility, then returns costing with lead times and the production plan behind it.

• Who owns designs, artwork and tooling?

  You do. NDAs are in place before specifications are shared, and designs, artwork and tooling remain your property and are recorded against your program.

• Can Seizos support repeat and annual supply programs?

  Yes. Approved specifications, tooling and quality standards are retained so repeat production runs to the same standard, with capacity booked ahead for annual programs.
